Cancellation and Refund Policy

Workshop Cancellation by Organizer
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop if minimum enrollment is not reached or due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event that the workshop is cancelled by the organizer, registrants will receive a full refund of the registration fee or may choose to transfer their registration to a future offering of the same workshop, if available.

Decisions regarding cancellation due to insufficient enrollment will generally be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled workshop date. Registrants will be notified by email as soon as possible.

Cancellation by Participant
Participants may cancel their registration up to 14 days before the workshop date and receive a full refund, less any non-refundable processing fees. Cancellations received within 14 days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund; however, registration may be transferred to another individual or applied toward a future workshop at the discretion of the organizer.

Attendance and Technical Issues
Because this is a live online workshop, participants are responsible for ensuring they have a reliable internet connection and access to the Zoom platform. Refunds will not be provided for missed sessions due to individual technical difficulties or inability to attend.

CE Certificates
CE certificates are issued only to participants who attend the full live workshop and complete any required evaluation forms.
